Welcome
Welcome
to the 2003 Delphi study: The
Future of Process Automation.
We thank you for your participation
in this study. Below you will
find some information on the
study and on how to participate.
What is a Delphi
study?
If you would like to know more
about the Delphi method, please
refer to this
page.
Why me?
You have been invited to participate
in this study, because of your
expertise in the field of workflow
management and process automation.
We are conducting three parallel
expert panels: Vendors, users
and researchers. One of the
goals of the study is to determine,
whether all three groups agree
on the central issues process
automation projects are facing.
How does it work?
If you have received an invitation
to participate, please enter
the questionnaire area here.
You will be asked to provide
your name, which is only used
to trace responses and will
not be released to the other
participants, unless you expressively
tell us to do so. After logging
in, you will be presented with
9 questions, which touch upon
different aspects for workflow
management and process automation,
e. g. technical and organizational
areas. You will have the opportunity
to leave additional comments
and recommend names of panelists
we might have missed.
How long does it
take?
We estimate that it will take
about 30 minutes to complete
the questionnaire.
How will I benefit?
After completion of the study,
you will have access to the
consolidated viewpoints from
each expert panel. This will
give you a first hand account
of how the leading minds in
workflow and process automation
assess the future of the technology
and its role in contemporary
organizations.
Who endorses this
study?
The Workflow
Management Coalition officially
sanctioned this study in its
November 2002 meeting.
I have additional
questions...
We will be happy to address
further questions or concerns
you might have. Please contact
