Our lab has extensive experience in the fields of solid mechanics, nonlinear continuum mechanics, the finite element method, and soft tissue modeling. We have taught the following courses in the past and are happy to offer these again if there is specific interest among students:

  • Mechanics of Solids
  • Continuum Mechanics
  • Finite Element Method
  • Mechanics of Growth
  • Introduction to Neuromechanics

Our group maintains a computational mechanics lab and a biomechanics testing laboratory. Both spaces are integrated in our teaching and offers a space for specialized seminars on computational and experimental biomechanics. Feel free to contact us to learn more about your possibilities of interacting with our lab.
