Registration Information
The following registration fees apply to
all Workshop participants (including Plenary Speakers and Invited Speakers):
Regular participant: US $200
Student participant: US $125
(The Registration Fee includes the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening,
3 Continental Breakfasts, all Workshop Breaks, and 2 buffet lunches)
Registration fees should be paid by
September 1, 2004 in one of the following ways:
1. Check or money order) in US currency drawn on a US bank made payable to:

2. Wire transfer (free of transaction

3. (In exceptional cases only): People
who have problems with a check (or money order) in US currency or a wire
transfer, may pay the registration fee at the registration desk when
registering for the Workshop. Payment at registration can be made IN CASH
ONLY!
NOTE: Contributed Papers
for the IWM-2004 will only be included in the Workshop Program, if one of
the authors has paid the registration fee by the September 1 deadline! |
