Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Warm greetings to you from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, just across the river from New York City.
Over the past decade, Stevens has undergone a remarkable university-wide transformation. We have reached new heights of achievement, from record enrollment to growing diversity, from an expanding faculty to exponentially increased research awards. And quite literally, we have reached new heights with our stunning new University Center Complex, a 1,000-bed undergraduate residence atop a state-of-the-art university center, offering conference facilities, student services, dining spaces and magnificent views of the Manhattan skyline.
While we are putting the finishing touches on the University Center Complex, we took a moment last week to celebrate the significant progress of our last decade and proudly watched as the STEVENS sign atop the new building was lit for the first time, visible to New York City.
