The Stevens Campus Police is issuing this Crime Bulletin to alert members of the Stevens community that a former Stevens graduate student is now a person of interest in the circumstances surrounding the death of a Jersey City man which occurred on Friday morning in Jersey City.

Tong Cheng, 26, is a recent graduate of Stevens and is wanted by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office for questioning. Anyone with information regarding Mr. Cheng’s whereabouts is asked to immediately contact Sgt. Will Caicedo at 201-915-1345 or Stevens Campus Police at 201-401-6500.

Cheng has an injury to his left arm/hand and should be considered dangerous. If seen, do not attempt to confront him. Rather, contact police immediately.
