Budding entrepreneurs at Stevens now have a designated space to transform ideas into viable companies at Mission 50’s Innovation and Commercialization Lab. The unique space will allow for greater collaboration and the opportunity to contribute to the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

University Highlights
Growing up watching hours of MTV music videos and attending concerts in the New York City area, Allyson Vecchione ’09 knew she wanted to work in music in television. Today, she travels the worlds producing live broadcasts for some of the largest music festivals and events.

In their final year at Stevens, a team of interdisciplinary seniors embarked on a capstone project to design, build, and race an electric-powered boat. The final design awarded the team first place at the annual American Society of Naval Engineers’ Promoting Electric Propulsion competition.

Khadeejah Granderson-Bilal ’09 understands the importance of representation when fighting for equity in the workplace. As a former STEP student and current vice president for Goldman Sachs, she is thankful for the access and opportunities provided to students through the program.
