Avocados for Opium: Stevens Freshman Advances in National Foreign Policy Competition
Business and technology major Anthony Rios was selected as one of three student finalists in the U.S. Department of State's Wonk Tank Competition, thanks to his proposal of using crop replacement as a way of breaking the economic dependence on opium in Northern Mexico.
