Class of 2016 Breaks Stevens Record for Highest Starting Salaries

Stevens graduates are in high demand. Ninety-six percent of the Class of 2016 finalized their plans within six months of graduation, a testament to the real-world skills and technology-driven insights that are at the core of a Stevens education. Of those seeking employment, graduates reported a record-high average starting salary of $67,100.

Student's Musical Journey Leads to Stevens and Beyond
After just one day in the Stevens' summer pre-college program in multimedia production, Jack Skuller was hooked on the campus, its music-program facilities and the quality of the instruction. Now a junior at Stevens, Skuller regularly performs at musical venues in New York City — all while balancing studies in music & technology and electrical engineering.

Stevens Welcomes Renowned Race and Equity Scholar to Campus
Dr. Shaun Harper delivered a thought-provoking talk, titled "In Pursuit of Excellence: Critical Perspectives on Racial Equity," as the featured speaker in Stevens' Excellence Through Diversity Lecture Series, a new initiative designed to introduce ideas and perspectives to increase understanding of the value of diversity and enhance the university's efforts toward inclusive excellence in STEM.

A New 'Chapter' for Women in Computing at Stevens
Stevens junior Monica Razak, president of Stevens Women in Computer Science (SWiCS), helped secure a Google.org-sponsored gift of $3,000 to start an ACM-W (Association for Computing Machinery Council on Women in Computing) student chapter on campus.

New Financial Analytics Lab Plays Starring Role at Stevens Alumni Event
