All Stevens faculty, staff, graduate students and alumni are invited to submit workshop proposals for the 2021 LeadHERship Conference taking place at Stevens Institute of Technology on Saturday, September 18th, 2021. All workshop proposals are due by Friday, July 16th at 11:59PM. If you have any questions, please contact the LeadHERship Conference Planning Committee at loreel@stevens.edu

The theme of this year's conference is "Learning From the Past, Facing the Future" as we are celebrating 50 years of Women at Stevens. Individuals or groups are encouraged to submit workshop proposals that align with one or more of the following thematic areas:

1. Trust the Science: research-based workshops on gender equity, inclusion or related topics


2. Foundational Leadership: skills-based workshops on leadership, inclusion and identity development


3. Lessons in Life and Work: highlighting voices of alumni and seasoned professionals


4. The New Normal: assessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and its future implications
