This year marks the 92nd Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and alumni and staff will continue the Stevens tradition of participating in the parade, with more than 100 volunteers taking on a variety of roles from balloon inflation to piloting to vehicle management. One of the last times Macy's balloons performed their dress rehearsal on the Stevens campus was in 1998, when Dexter (pictured) from Dexter’s Laboratory wowed a crowd of onlookers at the DeBaun Athletic Field.
