Stevens Alumni Rise to the Chairman’s Challenge
A tremendous response from alumni led to the successful completion of the Chairman’s Challenge, a $1 million matching gift opportunity created by Lawrence T. Babbio, Jr. ’66, chairman emeritus of the Stevens Board of Trustees.

Regan Wins Cross Country National Championship
Junior Amy Regan bested a field of nearly 300 runners from 32 different institutions to become the fourth national champion athlete in Stevens history with a first-place finish in the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championship.

Closing the Talent Gap in Financial Services Analytics
Stevens and Accenture have initiated a research and education collaboration in response to the strong demand for professionals with credentials in financial services analytics. As part of the three-year collaboration, Stevens will begin offering a Financial Services Analytics (FSA) Graduate Certificate Program in January 2015.

Hunting for the Next Wonder Drugs with Computing Power
Researchers Sid Topiol and Michael Sabio in Stevens' Center for Healthcare Innovation take a bold computational approach to the search for new medications and therapies that could lead to major medical breakthroughs.

The Stevens community welcomed Jeong H. Kim, tech entrepreneur and former president of Bell Labs, for a talk on "What I’ve Learned from the Entrepreneurial Journey."

Howe School Signs Agreement with Prestigious University in India
A delegation from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) traveled from Mumbai to Hoboken to strengthen the existing relationship between Stevens and NMIMS. The universities will work together closely in the areas of student and faculty exchanges as well as conduct joint research efforts.
