Project Title:
Use 3D Immersive Environment to Transform SYS 625 Modules into Virtual Training Modules
Description:

This project aims to get students started in an area that aligns with the Visualization, Modeling and Computation (VMC) initiative at Stevens. 3D immersive environments have been effectively used for training. This project seeks to have student transform SYS 625 Models (e.g., CONOPS, etc.) into a training vehicle using a 3D immersive environment such as the open source environment Open Wonderland. The project should result in a live environment to review the project, with a short paper describing the results, how to use the environment, challenges, and recommendations for future extensions or refinements.
