Project Title:
Organization of development projects
Description:

The mix of people and skills, how they are organized, and how they are tasked can have significant impact on project success. Some questions of interest could be: What attributes could be used to characterize the "topology" of a development project? Could case studies be developed for "awesome" and "awful" projects and assessed with these attributes?
