Project Title:
Managing the social, political and human dimensions of decision making across the life cycle of a complex systems development project, or group of projects
Description:

Many complex systems development projects focus on technology and process and do not pay sufficient attention to the human, political and social dimensions. Systems are built to serve humans and societies and usually for a complex arrangement of stakeholders with different objectives, priorities and perspectives of value. This project focuses on best practices techniques for managing the complex and often shifting objectives and priorities of decision making across the life-cycle of a large/complex program.
