Integrating the Balanced Scorecard with Systems Engineering and Program Management for Improved performance of large/complex programs
An organization's performance is highly dependent on the way in which it is measured and rewarded, based on the correct balance of a number of factors. Large/complex projects are no different. Successful businesses have adopted the Balanced Scorecard as a means to enable the right behaviors for success, linking execution with strategy. This project focuses on the application of the Balanced Scorecard approach across the life-cycle of a large/complex project by establishing the correct measurements, metrics and rewards to enable a high performance project culture.
