Project Title:
Establishing a culture of agility on large/complex systems projects
Description:

The ability to plan and execute a large and complex program with speed and flexibility is highly dependent on establishing a culture of agility. Leaders need to weave a complex cultural tapestry of organization, processes, technologies, measurements and metrics and other factors that create an environment that is responsive to changing objectives and priorities. This project focuses on how to establish the right balance of these governance factors that enable a leader to create an agile culture.
