Jeff Kaplan received a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1985. 
He worked at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Columbia University College of 
Physicians and Surgeons and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals before joining the New Jersey 
Dental School in 2000. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department 
of Oral Biology.
