A reduced fee applies to members of IEEE if a valid personal membership number is provided in the registration form.

Students must provide documentation of their student status (student card, letter from the department head, etc.) uploaded as an image with their registration. The discount (for members and students) will be verified after the registration.

If the payment is not successful or an invalid discount has been applied, the registration will not be valid until the full required payment has been received.

Conference fees include:

• Participation in the technical program (Tue June 25 - Fri June 28)
• CSF 2019 participant kit (including USB proceedings)
• 2 coffee breaks per day Tue June 25 - Thu June 27
• 1 coffee break on Fri June 28
• Welcome Reception (Tue June 25)
• Boat Cruise (Thu June 27)

One ticket for the welcome reception and another for the boat cruise are already included in the registration fee.

Registration fees (in USD) for Affiliated Workshops (June 24, 2019):

Attendees should register for the workshop(s) they wish to attend (but will have access to the sessions of all workshops).

Cancellation policies

All cancellations before May 31, 2019, will receive a full refund minus a 100 USD cancellation fee and all associated bank costs. No refunds will be made after this date.

The name on the registration may however be changed without penalty.

All refund requests must be made via email to the CSF 2019 General Chair.
