The BAE Systems TDC program mission is to accelerate the development of technical leaders by providing a rigorous, innovative and practice-oriented educational foundation that cuts across business, engineering and functional disciplines. BAE Systems and Stevens Institute of Technology have partnered to offer ELDP participants graduate credits following successful completion of TDC courses. Participants will then have the opportunity to apply and enroll in six customized Master's degrees. Graduate courses will be offered online via Stevens award-winning WebCampus, and at the university's campus in Hoboken, NJ. The Systems Engineering program at Stevens is part of the School of Systems and Enterprises and has been recognized by government and industry sponsors across the country and around the world. Our program has been designed for practitioners by practitioners who utilize on their extensive experience in industry and government to provide a balanced blend of academic rigor with practical experience as they teach in the program. Stevens has recently been selected by the DoD as the lead university to run the DoD's first Systems Engineering Research Center.
