In Summer 2008, Information Technology replaced its existing Remedy ticketing system with Web Help Desk. The new system offers superior features which enables Information Technology staff to better serve the Stevens community.

Users may now submit tickets by either logging into myStevens , then clicking on Information Technology Helpdesk or by emailing helpdesk@stevens.edu from their Stevens email address.
