Please follow the instruction for your mac operating system below

Snow Leopard

Automatic Method

After changing your password make sure your mac is disconnected from the wireless newtwork by either rebooting the machine or by turning wireless off and on again.

After the disconnect, connect to Stevens Student. You should see a prompt like below.

Enter your new Campus Domain Password and click the "OK" button. You should now be connected to Stevens Student using your new Campus Domain Password.

Manual Method

If the Prompt does not appear, you will need to manually edit your saved configuration. To do this please follow the Steps below.

Step 1

Look for the Wireless symbol in the upper-right hand corner of your mac and click on it.

Step 2

Select "Open Network Preferences" from the menu that appears.


Step 3

In the Network window that appears select "Advanced"

Step 4

Go to the 802.1X tab and select the Stevens Student or Stevens user profile depending on which network you connect to. Update the password field on the right with your new Campus Domain password. Once you are done click "OK"

Step 5

Click "Apply" In the lower right to save all the changes. Finally click connect to connect to the network.

Lion

Automatic Method

Manual Method

Step 1

Open the 'Keychain Access' application

Step 2

Enter '802.1x' in the search field

Step 3

Double click on the entry for 'Stevens Student'

Step 4

Select the box that says 'Show Password', and enter your Mac's password when prompted

Step 5

Enter your new Campus Domain Password in the 'Show Password' field and click 'Save Changes'

PC

Windows 7 and Vista PCs will prompt you for new credentials when the machine tries to reconnect after a password change.

Android Devices

Please follow the instructions for your version of Android OS.

Gingerbread(2.3.X)

to change your saved Campus Domain Password for wireless in Android 2.3.x you will need to edit the saved wireless configuration. Follow the steps below to accomplish this.

Step 1

Go to settings either by pressing the menu button on your android device and selecting "Settings"

Step 2

Select the "Wireless & Networks" option.

Step 3

Select "WiFi Settings"

Step 4

You will see your saved networks as well as what networks are in range.

Step 5

Long press on either Stevens or Stevens Student depending on which network you use. Select Modify Network

Step 6

Go to the Password field and update your password. Then press "Save"

Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.X)

To change your saved Campus Domain Password for wireless in Android 4.0.x you will need to edit the saved wireless configuration. Follow the steps below to accomplish this.

Step 1

Go to settings either by clicking a shortcut or opening your app drawer and finding it there

Step 2

Select the Wifi option.

Step 3

You will see your saved networks as well as what networks are in range. Long press on either Stevens or Stevens Student depending on which network you use.

Step 4

Select Modify Network

Step 5

Go to the Password field and update your password. Then press "Save"
