Creating a Ticket

The Stevens Help Desk Ticketing software is located at

1. Enter in your Stevens Credentials

2. The first screen you'll see the is Help Request screen

3. Select your request type

Select your request type from any sub-request types that appear.

4. Fill out the ticket

5. Press Save

Your ticket number will be shown and a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address. The Help Desk will get back to you about your ticket shortly.

6. Check the status of your past tickets under History

7. Click your ticket to view the details

8. Go to your User Profile to edit your personal details
