The Information Technology Help Desk provides technology support to the Stevens community. Information Technology Consultants, located at the user service desk in the basement of the Library, are available to assist with the configuration and troubleshooting of software on Stevens issued machines.
The Information Technology department utilizes a web based ticketing system in order to process all support requests. Users may submit a ticket by logging in using their myStevens user name and password.

- Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 10:30PM
- Friday: 8AM - 7:30PM
- Saturday: 9:30AM - 5PM
