The Stevens Information Technology Helpdesk troubleshoots and configures software for Campus users.

Location

The Helpdesk is located in the basement of the Library.

Hours

Monday through Friday: 8am - 10:30pm

Saturday: 9:30am - 5:00pm

Sunday: 12pm - 7:30pm

The Helpdesk can be reached by phone at 201.216.5500 (extention: x5500)

Tickets

You can also create a trouble ticket by logging into helpdesk.stevens.edu with your Pipeline Credentials. Please include your contact information and as much information as possible about your problem.
