Your Stevens Computer Account - Includes: myStevens, Stevens Email, Campus Network Access

  • Stevens User Name: Your username will be your first initial and up to 7 letters of your last name. Some usernames may contain a number(s) if there are existing users with the same or a similar name.
  • Initial Password: The initial default password should have given to by admissions in the form of a letter. If you did not receive your initial password or have misplaced your letter please visit the Password Reset Service page and use the forgot password option.
  • Lost/forgotten/locked out Stevens passwords: Again use the Stevens Password Service. If you are unable to use the automated password reset service contact the Help Desk at 201.216.5500.

Staff and Faculty

  • Passwords expire and must be changed every 6 months.
  • Several automated alerts reminding you of your impending password expiration will be sent to your Stevens Email address in advance of the expiration.
  • It is important you set a new password via the Stevens Password Service using the Change Stevens Password option ahead of your password expiring.
  • If you allow your password to expire you will not be able to access any online or network services until you change your password via the Stevens Password Service using the Change Stevens Password option.

Call Pilot (Voice Mail)

http://www.stevens.edu/callpilot. Website for listening to your Stevens voicemail.

Mailbox: Your Phone Extension (or Phone Extension plus a number if you share your room) Example for student in a double with phone number x9999 would be 99991 for the first student, 99992 for the second student.

Password: The initial password is 201 plus the phone extension. For example: x9999 would be 2019999. You will be required to change the initial password the first time you connect to Callpilot from your phone.

Changing Callpilot/Voicemail Password

Must be done from your phone. Password changes cannot be done on the Call Pilot webpage.

Forgotten Callpilot Password

Contact Telephone Services by dialing "x8316" during business hours.

IT1

Accounts on IT1 are used to access the Student Information System and Financial Records System (SIS and FRS) and are only available to Stevens employees on an “as needed” basis, when requested by their department.

Username: Last Name_First Initial. For example: John Doe would be doe_j.

Password: Random, generated.

Change your password after logging in on the IT1 system, (see menu on main screen).

SIS

Faculty do not have to logon to SIS after the IT1 logon. Administration and Staff are required to logon.

System number: 001.

Operator Number: Your 4-digit Operator Number assigned by Information Technology.

Password: Random, generated by Information Technology.

FRS

System number: 002.

Operator Number: Your 4-digit Operator Number assigned by Information Technology.

Password: Random, generated by Information Technology.
