How To Create a Help Desk Ticket
Creating a Ticket
The Stevens Help Desk Ticketing software is located at http://www.stevens.edu/helpdesk.
1. Enter in your myStevens Credentials
2. The first screen you'll see the is Help Request screen
3. Select your request type
Select your request type from any sub-request types that appear.
4. Fill out the ticket
5. Press Save
Your ticket number will be shown and a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address. The Help Desk will get back to you about your ticket shortly.
