Central University of Finance and Economics
Master's Program in Project Management

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The Master of Science in Management degree focuses on the practice of management in technical and non-technical organizations and is grounded in a variety of analytic and administrative skills drawn from the disciplines of economics, organizational behavior, and quantitative methods.

Knowledge of these skills alone does not guarantee success as a manager. Rather, it is the steady development of conceptual and integrative skills, and the active blending of these basic areas of knowledge that is necessary to identify organizational problems, analyze them, synthesize solutions, and then implement the decisions that signal the growth of professional competence. The Master's degree is designed to enhance student development of this knowledge and to prepare them to function effectively in technical and non-technical management positions.
